ZU602 — LUXURY APARTMENT DEVELOPMENT

ZU602 is a luxury apartment development where two-bedroom units needed to move fast alongside larger three and four-bedroom apartments. The challenge was not the specification — it was giving buyers the confidence to commit without stepping inside a finished home. DMD Rendering Studio produced a complete visual suite: living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and entrance — anchored by a 360° interactive tour that let buyers explore the apartment from their phone.

Project description and outcome

Two-bedroom apartments at ZU602 were competing for attention against larger three- and four-bedroom units in the same scheme. The specification was sound. The floor plans were efficient. What buyers could not do was picture themselves living there — and a floor plan plus a material board was not going to close a commitment before handover.

We treated the two-bedroom units as the commercial priority, not a deliverable line item. The first decision was to build the 360° interactive tour as the centrepiece, then frame every still around the angles a buyer would navigate to first — the living-room balcony connection, the kitchen as the social anchor, the bedroom sightlines. We picked one hero interior (the living room) and engineered the lighting to read as a lived-in evening rather than a show flat. Material choices were captioned so the sales team could speak to them. Every image was built to carry the buyer through a decision, not to impress another visualizer.
