The 16-Business-Day Workflow | DMD Rendering Studio

HOW WE WORK · WITH EUROPEAN DEVELOPERS

Four stages. A fixed clock. 16 business days.

Briefing (≤7) · Preview (≤3) · Review ×2 (≤6) · Delivery (≤3). Every stage has a published ceiling.

A VISUAL STRATEGY PARTNER ENGAGEMENT

A partner engagement, not a vendor workflow.

First call is a strategic conversation about your commercial outcome: units sold in weeks, premium held, funding secured. Not a deliverable count. Every stage below keeps that posture. The 16-day clock is the frame, not the whole story.

STEP BY STEP

Four stages, founder-led.

01

Briefing

Up to 7 business days

One 30–45 min scoping call with Drahoslav. You bring plans, spec, references, launch date. We ask what the MD needs to see happen: units sold, premium held, funding locked. Then scope to that outcome, not an image count.

You receive: signed scope in writing · angles, deliverables, 360° spec, tier price, clock start date.
You send: floor plans, sections, elevations, material boards, references, brand assets, launch date. The clock starts the day the scope is signed.

02

Preview

Up to 3 business days

First high-quality draft lands in 3 business days. Not a wireframe. A working preview at production quality: lighting set, materials correct, key angle composed, 360° environment built. Drahoslav walks you through it on a short call, with reasoning for each choice.

You receive: preview frames for every agreed angle + 360° walkthrough (Main/Premium) + annotated founder notes.
You send: consolidated written feedback in one document, inside the window.

03

Review ×2

Up to 3 business days per round · 6 days total

Two documented revision rounds. Round one: bigger moves (angles, lighting, materials, 360° hotspots). Round two: precision (brick finish, evening light, exact reflections). Every change logged against the brief with a reason. Drahoslav advises which refinements move a buyer and which are studio habit. You make the call.

You receive: revised frames in 3 days per round + written change log + updated 360° build.
You send: consolidated feedback per round in one document.

04

Final Delivery

Up to 3 business days

Marketing-ready files in every format your brochure, portals and sales suite need: print TIFFs, web JPEGs, portal crops, social crops, PSDs on request. 360° tour hosted on a DMD-managed URL. Drahoslav stays reachable through your launch window. No ticket system, no account manager, no delay.

You receive: full delivery pack + sign-off document + direct line to Drahoslav for the 8–12 weeks around launch.
You send: nothing more. The brief is complete.

THE MATHS

7 + 3 + 6 + 3 = 16 business days

Same clock at every tier: £3k Entry, £6k Main, £10k Premium. Only scope changes, not the clock. No buffer maths, no “best-effort” hedging.

FREQUENT QUESTIONS

Six process questions.

What if I have scope creep mid-project?
New scope is priced in writing before it enters production. Original tier price and 16-day clock hold for original brief. Addition runs on its own mini-clock. No silent extras.
What if I miss a review window?
Flagged at the time, never silent. Clock for that round resets from the day feedback lands. Overall 16-day ceiling is preserved where possible by compressing later stages. We say so in writing.
Can I get a rush below 16 business days?
Rare. 16 days is already tighter than the UK industry norm of 4–6 weeks. Genuine emergencies needing sub-10 day turnaround get a speed line quoted at the scoping call.
Weekends and bank holidays?
Don’t count. The clock is 16 business days. First call confirms the calendar against your launch date.
What if I need more than 2 revision rounds?
Two rounds cover most briefs because round one is pre-framed with founder notes. Round three quoted on its own line, typically £400–£600, turned in 3 business days.
Do you use 3ds Max or Unreal?
3ds Max for stills + CGI animation. Unreal Engine for selected real-time tour builds on request. 360° tour is browser-based. No plug-ins, no apps, desktop or phone.
