What’s included at each tier?
Entry £3k: 2 exteriors + 3 interiors. Main £6k: 3–5 exteriors + full interior suite + 360° tour. Premium £10k: full suite across multiple unit types + 360° + CGI animation. All tiers include 2 revision rounds + fixed 16-day delivery. Line-by-line detail.
Can I add 360° tour or animation onto a lower tier later?
Yes. Tour adds to Entry for the price difference to Main. Animation adds to Main for the difference to Premium. Add-on pricing is published, not negotiated. Holds if added inside 30 days of final delivery.
What files do I send to start?
2D floor plans, sections, elevations, material board, references, launch date. 3D model optional. ~70% of briefs arrive without one. Briefing call identifies any gap before preview.
What if my scope grows mid-project?
New scope priced in writing before it enters production. No silent extras. Original tier price and 16-day clock hold for original scope; addition runs on its own mini-clock.
What file formats do I receive?
Print-ready TIFF/high-res JPEG, web-optimised JPEG, portal crops, social crops, source PSDs on request. 360° tour hosted on a DMD-managed URL you can embed anywhere.
Do I have to pick a tier on the first call?
No. First call is a scoping conversation. If your scheme sits between tiers, we say so. If a mixed scope makes more commercial sense, we price that.
