Is the price fixed or is this a starting number?

Fixed. The published number is what lands on the invoice at final delivery for the scope signed at briefing. If your scope grows mid-project, the new scope is priced in writing before it enters production and quoted on its own line.

What does £3,000 actually deliver?

Two exterior visualisations and three interior visualisations. Founder-led. Two revision rounds. Fixed 16-business-day delivery. Print and web file formats. This is the front door — a test brief to prove the quality before you commit to Main or Premium.

Why publish pricing when most European competitors hide it?

Accepted Answer

Because the friction of 'request a quote' kills the week that matters. You want to shortlist studios in ten minutes, not ten days. Transparency is also the relational signal — a Visual Strategy Partner co-owns the pre-sell outcome, and that starts with being straight about cost.

What if my project is between tiers?

Accepted Answer

We say so on the first call. If a 4-unit scheme needs the 360° tour, we quote the Entry exteriors plus the tour line item. If a 20-unit scheme does not need animation, we quote Main plus the extra exteriors. The tier page is the menu, not the contract.

Question 5

Do you do custom quotes?

Accepted Answer

For anything outside the three tiers — multi-phase masterplans, 50+ units, or specialist commercial schemes — yes. The scoping call identifies what you need and we quote on the same published per-line logic. No hourly rates, no surprise multipliers.

Question 6

Are revisions really included?

Accepted Answer

Two documented rounds per deliverable, captured in writing, each turned inside three business days. That covers the great majority of briefs. If a round three is needed, we say so early and quote the additional round on its own line — usually £400 to £600 depending on scope.

What about rush fees?

Rare. The 16-business-day ceiling is already tighter than the industry standard of 4 to 6 weeks. If a genuine emergency needs sub-10-day turnaround — a pitch brought forward, an investor meeting pulled in — we quote a speed line at the scoping call. No silent surcharges post-brief.

Are these prices ex-VAT?

Accepted Answer

Yes. £3,000, £6,000 and £10,000 are ex-VAT. VAT is charged where applicable under UK / Slovak rules — the first call confirms the invoicing setup that matches your company's VAT position.

How does the £3k front-end offer work?

Accepted Answer

The Entry tier is the front door — the try-before-scale path. Two exteriors and three interiors, founder-led, on the same 16-business-day clock as every other tier. If you scale to Main or Premium afterwards, the Entry work is a real portfolio you already own. No restart fee, no re-briefing, no discarded renders — the scene files carry into the larger scope.
