What do I need to bring?

Plans, specification, launch date — if you have them. If you do not have all three yet, bring what you do have. Roughly 70% of first calls happen before the 3D model exists. The call works either way.

How long is the call?

Thirty minutes. The Calendly slot is booked for thirty and the call runs for thirty. If we need longer, a follow-up is scheduled at the end. We do not quietly run over your calendar.

What happens after?

If the fit is right, a scoped proposal lands inside two business days — named tier, fixed price, fixed 16-business-day timeline, named deliverables. If the fit is wrong, you keep any feedback worth keeping and the call costs you nothing. No pitch deck. No generic portfolio walkthrough.

Can I bring my team?

Yes — up to three people on the line. MDs often bring the sales agent or the marketing lead. More than three and the conversation stops being a conversation; if the team is bigger than that, we run a second call.

What if I need to reschedule?

Calendly handles it. The confirmation email carries a reschedule link — one click moves the slot. Cancellations are at no charge, last-minute reschedules are at no charge, and no one holds it against you.
