CASE 02 — LUXURY RESIDENCE
What happens when 200 people visit your property in 48 hours, without a single brick on site?
KOLIBA — LUXURY RESIDENTIAL PROJECT
Koliba is a luxury residential project requiring a full room-by-room visual narrative — from the double-height master bedroom to a wine-cellar kitchen, geometric-tiled bathrooms, and a crystal-chandelier entrance hall. The brief demanded imagery that could carry the entire sales conversation before construction began. DMD Rendering Studio delivered nine interior visualizations spanning every room type, plus a 360° interactive tour.
Project description and outcome
Koliba needed to sell the entire house, room by room, before there was a house to show. The architecture was distinctive — double-height master bedroom, wine-cellar kitchen, geometric-tiled bathrooms, a crystal-chandelier entrance — and the developer could not afford to let a buyer walk into the sales conversation cold. Floor plans would flatten the drama.
We scoped Koliba as a narrative, not a visualisation count. The sequence was decided first: entrance, kitchen, living, bedroom, bathroom — the same order a buyer would walk the home — and the 360° tour was built to mirror that sequence exactly. Each interior was lit to carry its own emotional cue: the kitchen as social theatre with the wine cellar behind glass, the bedroom reading quiet and cocooned, the bathroom sculptural. We advised the developer to launch the tour ahead of any brochure email, so the first thing a prospect touched was the walk-the-home experience. That single sequencing decision is what generated the 48-hour traffic spike.
Twenty-five visualisations spanning every room type, a 360° interactive tour that became the backbone of the launch, and a CGI animation for brochure and social. Hero content for every channel: bedroom and kitchen images pulled across the website, brochure, and paid media. The full Off-Plan Proof Pack at Premium tier — exterior, interior, tour, animation — delivered inside 16 business days.
200 tour visitors in 48 hours
200 visitors in 48 hours — before a single brick on site. The 360° interactive tour attracted 200 visitors within 48 hours of launch, generating immediate buyer enquiries. The interior visualizations became the backbone of the developer’s brochure and online marketing, with the bedroom and kitchen images used as hero content across all channels.
“After Drahoslav showed us a better way to do it, we gave it a try — and now we can’t imagine selling without them. The difference is remarkable.”
