How do you sell a forest villa that exists only as an architect’s drawing?

Takkti was an architect-led forest villa where the building itself had to do the selling. A living green roof, a private courtyard with plunge pool, floor-to-ceiling glazing — design moves that only register if the imagery captures them from the right angle. The brief was single: give the developer confidence to move from drawing to build.

Exterior-led schemes fail when every image looks the same. We scoped Takkti as five exteriors, each a different relationship with the landscape — the approach view reading the architecture against woodland, the courtyard hero showing the plunge pool framed by glazing, an entrance detail shot built for print collateral, a dusk scene separating the villa from its context, and a back-of-house angle proving the green roof reads from the rear. We advised the developer to use the courtyard hero as the single launch image rather than a composite, because one committed image sells architecture harder than six that argue for the same point.
